In present times, parameters like strength, weight, cost, maintenance, recycling lead to complex shapes and it is very difficult to produce such complex shape stamping parts & assure the dimensional accuracy for further assembling purposes.
Our checking fixtures are indispensable in development of stamping parts to reduce development time, quality development.

These are the checking fixtures for confirmation of trim parts that are assembled on automotive body on actual production line.
These parts make the appearance of the vehicle and gap/flush condition between parts affects the appearance.
Further, plastic material is diversely used in such parts and with temperature differences, size of the part varies. As you know, during summers it gets very hot inside of the car under direct sun while front windscreen gets frozen during winters.
Under such strict conditions, it is required to produce such parts rightly and assemble at correct position.
We are specifically specialized in assembly checking fixtures to check coordination between trim parts.
Specially, interior and exterior checking fixture with full cabin size & replication of interior and exterior of vehicle is one such product that can be produced by only few companies in Japan.

Opening checking fixtures are used to verify body openings and confirm the twist condition of body. These fixtures are lifted by hand, so light weight construction is required. Our opening fixtures are made from mainly carbon and we have received appreciation from our clients on the ease of usage of carbon opening fixtures.
Exterior fitment checking fixture is used to confirm the fitment condition or gap/flush of exterior visible shell of the vehicle. As it is a large size fixture, only limited companies in Japan can manufacture it.
Further, we also support development of production equipments including jigs.
